- This quotation is not based on all required personal information of the Client and the approval for the application for credit, is at the discretion of Easyfin Tech, who may decline the application or withdraw this quotation.
- The Client understands and acknowledges that if they default on any payment, Easyfin Tech will be able to enforce the agreement and claim the full outstanding balance and the Client will be liable for additional costs and the Client credit record will be adversely affected.
- Admin Fees and initiation fees are NCR (National Credit Regulator) regulated.
The Client undertakes to notify Easyfin Tech, immediately should any of the following changes occur (Failure to inform Easyfin Tech entitles it to terminate the agreement and claim the full Balance):
- Change of employer
- Client becomes unemployed
- Change of banking account details
- Change of residential, postal or work address
- Change of contact details
The Client will not without prior notification to and consent of Easyfin Tech change their debiting banking account or divert their salary to another bank account or suspend Easyfin Tech payments. Easyfin Tech reserves the right to persue charges and investigative action should the client breach the undertaking.
Default Administration Costs – Regulation 46
If the client is in default under the loan Agreement the Client will be responsible for the payment of all default administration charges not limited to risk fees and other associated costs. Administration costs can include tracing, transportation, security, bank charges, phone calls, legal and all other associated costs involved.
Easyfin Tech’s right to terminate the agreement:
- Easyfin Tech shall have the right to, without prejudice to any other of its rights and upon written notice to the client, terminate the Credit Agreement and to claim the unpaid balance of the debt, the unpaid interest charges and all other fees and charges payable by the Client under circumstances where they have been in default and remained in default irrespective of receiving notification of its default.
